We are commanded by God in His Word to be kind to one another – not just to our brothers and sisters in Christ, but to all people. Kindness is one aspect of God’s own nature, so we who are created in God’s image also bear this characteristic of kindness as a gift of His Spirit dwelling within our hearts. Let us therefore exhibit this aspect of our character in Christ through acts of kindness among those around us who as Jesus said, will see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven.
